Beef Liver Chocolate Chip Cookies

We know how it sounds, but trust us - these are a serious game changer.

The classic chocolate chip cookie recipe just got boosted in nutrients, minerals and flavour

We have boosted it’s nutrient benefits with our organic freeze dried beef liver, giving you a healthier, richer yet absolutely delicious choc chip cookie. 



1 Cup organic hulled tahini

5 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

1 tsp raw organic cacao powder

2 opened and sprinkled capsules of Etre Organic Beef Liver 

½ Cup Organic Dark Chocolate chips / Cacao nibs for an intense dark richness.




Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl except for your chocolate chips.

Fold in your chocolate chips. (try not to over beat)

Scoop your dough onto baking paper and a tray. 

Leave about 10cms space between each cookie, they will grow.

Bake for 15 minutes

Leave to cool for another 15 minutes and sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top
