Skin Supporting Collagen Chia Pudding


Our elevated chia pudding recipe with Etre Collagen is the perfect start to your day.

 This recipe can be made with either of our Wild Caught Marine Collagen or our Grass Fed Collagen.  By incorporating collagen into your breakfast you support your body to be fuelled with essential amino acids and skin nourishing ingredients. 


  • 3-5 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Etre Collagen of choice 
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds



  1. In a glass add your collagen and a bit of milk and stir until dissolved.
  2. In a mixing bowl add maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Then add your dissolved collagen and remaining milk and stir to combine.
  3. Add chia seeds and whisk together. Then cover and refrigerate overnight. After 2 hours in the fridge give your chia a light stir and continue refrigerating.
  4. Leftovers keep covered in the fridge for 4-5 days, though best when fresh. Serve chilled with your favourite toppings, like blueberries, peanut butter and coconut yoghurt.
