Ingredients
- 130g Desiccated coconut
- 25g Coconut oil
- 100g Coconut milk (only the fat- this is about 2 x cans)
- 40g Frozen raspberries
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 100g Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp of collagen - dissolved in 50ml of water
- 1 pinch of Celtic sea salt
Instructions

Place all the ingredients except for the dark chocolate in to a saucepan and cook over medium heat.

Once the mixture is well combined remove the saucepan from the heat.

Spread the coconut mixture evenly in a bread tin lined with baking paper.

Let the bars rest in a freezer for a couple of hours.

Melt the chocolate and place the bars into the chocolate, coating each side.

Let the bars rest in the fridge for about an hour.
- Top with raspberries
