Our favourite way to incorporate garlic is to place cut up garlic into some raw honey and let it sit for two weeks. Then simply have a spoonful daily, alternatively you can slice up some raw garlic and swallow like a pill.

Beef Liver

The most nutrient dense food on the planet. Beef liver is known as natures multivitamin and contains more vitamin and minerals then any other food on the planet.
